Although he currently plays for Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, Ellyes Skhiri completed his entire youth development at Montpellier HSC, from the academy to the first team. He even made his Ligue 1 debut on his 20th birthday. Called up to the Tunisian national team, he played in all three group matches at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
