Luis Cubilla was one of the greatest South American strikers. He participated in three World Cups with Uruguay (1962, 1970 and 1974). At club level, he played for Peñarol (Uruguay), Barcelona (Spain) and River Plate (Argentina) and he coached Olimpia Asunción (Paraguay).
